Returns are accepted within 14 days from delivery. Please note returns for refund are permitted only if item(s) received is (are) damaged, defective, or incorrect; item(s) MUST be in original condition including the packaging, that means item(s) MUST be unused and unaltered with original packaging intact. Please email us at info@greatharmonyinc.com within 7 days from delivery to receive a return approval. Any return made without our prior approval is unacceptable. Once the return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed. Return shipping and handling fees are customer responsibility. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping fee unless the return is the result of a defective or incorrect product.
